Trusses
Trusses are used to support structures for lights, speakers , or any equipment. Our trusses are easy to set-up. It comes in different sizes which gives clients variety in installation. We fabricate some of our trusses. These are made of high quality materials and are strictly checked and monitored during fabrication.
Roofing System
The roof system is normally used for outdoor special events. It comes in different sizes: 20’x40′, 40’x40′, 80’x40′, 80’x60′, 80’x80′, and 80’x100′. These are motorized self-climbing systems using chain hoist motors with a motor controller for safe and fast setup. The roof skin is made of reinforced PVC tarpaulin. The standard color is white outside and black inside.
Stage Panels
These stage panels are made of heavy duty square tubular steel with 3/4″ marine plywood topping or Phenolic finish flooring. Standard sizes that are available are: 4’x8′ , and 4’x4′. The legs are made of steel pipes that are independent from the panels so it can be replaced with different heights and stored separately. The legs can also be used with adjustable jack base for uneven base flooring. Our stage panels are easy to set up. Sizes can vary according to our client’s requirements. We can set up a stage as big as 100′ x 120′ and as small as 8′ x 8′. The carrying capacity of each panel is 300 lbs. per square ft.
Prolift Chain Hoist
Chain hoist motor designed to carry heavy loads such as lighting trusses, speaker hangers, LED screens, etc. Available in 250kg, 500kg,1000kg and 2000kg working load limit.
Speaker Tower
Speaker towers are designed for the suspension and mounting of heavy duty speaker or sound equipment.
Scaffolding Tower
Different sizes of scaffolding frames and pipes are available for backdrops, lighting towers, sound towers, follow spot towers, camera platforms, stage platforms, etc. These scaffolding are equipped with the proper jack bases and outriggers for safety purposes. Scaffolding are important when working at a height. It is highly durable and very safe to use.
Crash Barricades
Crash barricades are used for heavy duty crowd control and sectioning. These barricades are 4′ high and 4′ wide. Made of heavy steel gauge and will not topple over.
Railing Barricades
Railing barricades are free standing safety barriers designed for light crowd control.
Revolving platform
The main component of this revolving platform is a 7′ diameter gear driven by a 5 HP electric motor with frequency inverter controller and a reduction gear mechanism that revolves at a maximum speed of 1 rpm. It can fit at different platform sizes from 8′ up to 30′ in diameter. In stage plays, it has been used for change of sceneries/sets. It has also been used in fashion shows, launching of new products.
Flying System
Two kinds of flying systems are available: (1) The manually controlled system has the capability for vertical and horizontal movements. This was used for events such as “Little Mermaid” and “Peter Pan”. An advantage of the manual system is its ability to control the fast and slow movements. (2) The motorized system is also capable of vertical and horizontal movements but it has a larger lifting capacity and a longer horizontal range. This is mostly used in product launches with high ceiling venues like the Araneta Coliseum or the Ultra Stadium.
Lifting Platform
This platform is 4’x 4’x 8’H. It can carry up to 300 kgs. This is used for lifting a performer from under a stage to an 8′ stage. The elevating floor is made of steel grating to accommodate special lighting and smoke effects.
